At Artevo Luxury, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your options in case you need to return an item.

 

Eligibility for Refund:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Please note that returns are only accepted for items that arrive in defective condition or with printing errors.

 

Custom Posters:

Please note that custom posters, including personalized and customized items, are non-refundable, due to the personalized nature of custom prints and the fact that these prints are individually produced to a specific order. Once an order for custom album prints has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. We recommend reviewing custom orders carefully before submitting them.

 

Returns Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@artevoluxury.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer support team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).

 

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your records.

 

Refund Processing:

Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect their condition, we will process the refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

 

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.
